Onsite AI Solutions Engineer for Public Safety

Axon is seeking an experienced, customer-facing technologist to own end-to-end outcomes in a strategic public-safety account. You’ll build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered workflows on site, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Support and Sales to deliver mission-critical solutions. You’ll lead field collaborations, define success metrics, and drive adoption of Axon’s platform in the agency environment, with a strong emphasis on CJIS compliance and operational transformation.
