Assembly B (Tube Assembly 1A)

Pay Range: $16.50hr - $21.50hrRequirement/Must Have:

Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of products to assure quality. Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Utilize a variety of hand tools and follow written process procedures for intensifier image tube processing. Monitor data from various meters and sensing devices that measure vacuum, temperature, and torque. Maintain accurate record entry through use of onsite Quality Tracking System (QTS).Define complex equipment issues and quality levels while informing engineering of any process or component to Have: Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years. Ability to hold a Security Clearance.
