Role Description: The Human Resources Manager at Ready 2 Clean & Co. is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day HR activities for the Atlanta Metropolitan Area operations. This is a full-time, on-site role that manages recruitment, onboarding, and staffing to ensure teams are adequately resourced and aligned with business needs. The Human Resources Manager develops and implements HR policies, oversees performance management processes, and supports supervisors with coaching, feedback, and employee relations. The role includes handling employee inquiries, managing benefits and leave administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR records. The Human Resources Manager also supports training initiatives, promotes a positive workplace culture, and partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and state regulations. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and use HR systems or HRIS tools effectively. Experience in facilities services, cleaning services, or similar operational environments is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
