This team handles first-party property and third-party liability coverage at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation. - You should know some of the following:
- Exceptional writing analytical and oral advocacy skills 2-10 years of coverage experience
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively
- Writing sample required
- Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including, but not limited to, policy analysis, EUO’s, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
