High School Student Advocate & Success Coach

Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) in New York seeks a Student Advocate to support After-School programs, working directly with high school scholars to promote academic achievement, personal development, health, and college readiness. The role manages ~30–35 scholars, building relationships, assessing needs, and coordinating with schools and HCZ teams to ensure appropriate supports and interventions, enabling scholars to thrive.
