Apply for this role →Customer Service Representative (Csr) Aqua Phoenix Scientific, located in Hanover, PA has an immediate opening for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by handling inquiries, processing orders and meeting deadlines in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. The CSR communicates regularly with both internal and external customers and is expected to be professional and respectful at all times.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with quotes on catalog items, product/service availability, lead times, and/or tracking using the company pricing systems and policies
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, concerns, etc. in a way that leaves the customer with a feeling of satisfactory resolution, involving management when necessary
- Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are necessary as well as accuracy in entering customer orders and verifying the data is entered correctly
- Stay current with new and existing product development
- Capable of working independently within a team environment
- Represent the company in a way that projects an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding
- Must be available to work a set flex schedule between the hours of Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No weekends or holidays
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Displays enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing work assignments, and uses a proactive approach in all duties
