Design Engineer

Job Description: Design and engineer fall protection and safety products. Create and update CAD models, drawings, and design files. Work with international vendors, engineers, and testing facilities on prototypes and production samples. Support product testing and help prepare technical data for manuals, labels, and other materials. Assist with improving product performance, durability, and usability. Help maintain documentation for product designs and revisions. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when needed.

Key Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; equivalent experience will be considered. 2 to 5 years of experience in product development or product design, with a solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes. CAD and design experience (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
