Student Success & Retention Specialist

Tidewater Community College seeks a Part-Time Progress Specialist on the Norfolk Campus to support student success and retention. You will identify at-risk students, initiate early intervention, and coordinate with faculty and support services to minimize stop-outs. Responsibilities include revising alert programs, monitoring student progress using EAB Navigate, and connecting students with tutoring, counseling, and financial aid services, plus conducting targeted outreach and workshops.
