About the Role: An educational AI + growth internship offering founder mentorship and hands-on exposure to AI agents, web/app development, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and vibe coding. Participants will learn through observation, guided projects, and experimentation while working ~8-10 hours/week in a hybrid (remote + Santa Ana, CA) format.

Job Description: Role An educational internship (approximately 8-10 hours/week) providing mentorship from founders of The Pop-Up Shoppes and Vials & Vitals. The role focuses on learning and experimentation across AI agents, automation, web and app development, vibe coding, growth strategy, SEO, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and business systems.

Key Responsibilities: Shadow founders and observe strategic decision-making. Participate in educational sessions and guided experimentation with AI tools and workflows. Research emerging technologies and analyze real-world business challenges. Work on supervised projects, present ideas, and receive feedback. Potential exposure to event production, marketplace operations, brand partnerships, community building, business development, wellness, digital products, and content strategy.

Requirements: Curiosity, creativity, technical interest, entrepreneurship, coachability, and strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn through hands-on projects and mentorship rather than perform routine paid-staff work. Candidates may be asked to sign an NDA or other confidentiality agreement prior to receiving access to proprietary information.
