Bridge Inspection Team Lead — Hybrid, Growth Path

RK&K is seeking an experienced Bridge Inspection Team Leader to join our Baltimore office. You will lead NBIS-compliant inspections of bridges and structures across MD, VA, and DC, producing detailed reports and coordinating a diverse team of inspectors. In this role you will mentor junior engineers, manage inspections and contracts, and collaborate with managers to schedule field activities. A strong background in civil/structural engineering and NBIS training is required.
