Sow Farm Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grover Hill, Ohio. 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination. SHIFT HOURS Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm STARTING HOURLY RATE $20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days ADDITIONAL PAY Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job Functions Include Preforming preventative and corrective maintenance Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace Performing tasks related to electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting
