Head of People Analytics & Insights

Kyndryl seeks an Industrial-Organisational (I/O) Psychologist to drive talent and organisational analytics within the People Science team. You will oversee psychometric validation, continuous listening, and advanced analytics to support recruiting, learning, engagement, and leadership development. You will lead a team of 5 analysts and psychometricians, collaborate with data science and HR partners, and translate insights into business impact for tens of thousands of employees.
