Key responsibilities:
Translate leadership direction into multiyear roadmaps and performance targets for CAHPS and HOS programs
Serve as a subject-matter expert on CAHPS and HOS requirements, ensuring alignment across business and technical functions
Lead complex workstreams, providing program-level guidance and ensuring high-quality execution across initiativesRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health care, patient experience, program management, or a related field
Five years of experience with CAHPS, HOS, Stars, or other quality/regulatory programs
Five years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Experience in the healthcare industry, including health plans or provider groups
Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies and measurable outcomes
