A well-established and reputable plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to handle meaningful cases while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Location:
Remote (Must reside in Florida) License Requirement: Must be barred in Florida Key Responsibilities: Manage and litigate personal injury cases from inception to resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Engage in settlement negotiations and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Provide top-tier legal representation and advocacy Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in FloridaExperience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred Strong litigation and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Required Skills:
