Compassionate Memory Care Activities Specialist

The Alden Network is seeking a Memory Care Aide to assist the Memory Care Assistant Director in delivering a holistic, therapeutic dementia care program. You will help residents engage in activities daily, aiming to maximize quality of life and well-being within a supportive environment. You will collaborate with the care team to assess needs, document progress, and adapt activities to individual histories and preferences, while maintaining safety and compliance with care standards.
