SaaS Commercial Counsel - Contracts & Negotiations

Yext, NYSE: YEXT, is seeking a dedicated and business-oriented Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in New York or Washington, DC. You will partner with Enterprise, Mid-Market and Partner sales, negotiate customer deals, and refine standard commercial agreements and playbooks to scale globally. The role requires 3-5 years of corporate/commercial experience, a US law degree and bar admission, and privacy considerations in SaaS transactions.
