Resident Concierge & Guest Welcome Specialist

On Top of the World Communities is seeking a Community Enhancement Concierge to deliver excellent customer service to residents. You will be the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, and emails, greeting guests and routing inquiries to the appropriate staff. The role emphasizes helping residents with rules, work orders, amenities, and information, while keeping the lobby clean and welcoming and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
