Senior Battery Modeling & Simulation Engineer

Sila, a next-generation battery materials company, is seeking an engineer on the RD&E modeling team to bridge physical chemistry, characterization, and computational modeling to accelerate Li-ion battery materials and cells development. You will work with synthesis, formulation, and commercial teams to quantify property–performance relationships, turning data into actionable design rules for high-energy, high-power materials.
