R&D Lab Technician - Consumer Product Testing

Responsibilities: Assemble product samples and prototypes while running standard lab test routines. Create and update technical specifications based on standardized information. Execute qualitative, quantitative, and sensory testing following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs). Submit products for specialized analytical testing and accurately document findings. Utilize dedicated data and reporting systems (including SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS) to record results. Collaborate with product teams to conduct consumer and market research while refining the product backlog. Required High proficiency with basic computer tools and desktop applications. Proven technical rigor with a disciplined approach to following procedural work and reporting accurate data. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience in R&D product research for testing, data entry, and documenting results. Demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time with high quality and communicate unexpected results promptly. Preferred Desirable experience with P&G systems (such as Veeva, Nexus, or MyLearning). Prior background placing or executing technical and sensory testing in the CPG or Pharma industry.
