ERP Data Migration Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities: • Independently assess data migration plans, controls, and quality evidence.• Analyze data exception rates and trends across migration cycles.• Evaluate ownership and accountability for data exceptions.• Assess the adequacy of data cleanup and corrective actions.• Evaluate agency-, division-, and cohort-level data readiness before cutover.• Identify migration risks and their downstream impact on implementation milestones.• Produce evidence-based findings, recommendations, and reporting inputs.

Required Qualifications: • At least five years of direct QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance experience on large ERP implementations.• Direct experience assessing ERP data migration quality.• Experience analyzing data exception rates and evaluating exception ownership.• Experience assessing division-, agency-, or cohort-level data readiness.• Ability to translate data quality evidence into clear readiness assessments and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications: • Workday Financials migration experience.• Public-sector financial data migration experience.• Multi-wave ERP implementation experience.• Legacy-system or mainframe data transition experience.
