Senior Docketing Specialist - Litigation & Bankruptcy

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is seeking a Senior Docket Specialist to support our litigation and bankruptcy practice groups. The ideal candidate will manage deadlines, interpret complex procedural rules, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment in Los Angeles. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' docketing experience with rules-based calendaring, strong knowledge of federal/state/bankruptcy rules, and proficiency with electronic filings, including CompuLaw, CourtAlert, and eDockets.
