Job Description: NOW HIRING: OPTICIAN / SALES ASSOCIATEMiles & Tisch Eyecare is a busy, established optometry practice in Midtown Manhattan’s Theater District, and we’re looking for an experienced Optician / Sales Associate to join our team. Monday–Friday | Manhattan What You’ll Do• Work directly with patients from check-in through eyewear selection• Help patients choose the right frames and lenses for their needs• Sell prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses• Review VSP, Eye Med & Davis Vision benefits with patients• Perform pre-testing and patient screening• Register and update patients using Office Mate• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment What We’re Looking For✔ Optical or optometry experience✔ Strong knowledge of frames, lenses & vision plans✔ Excellent customer service and sales skills✔ Comfortable with computers and Office Mate✔ Professional, dependable and personable✔ Spanish-speaking is a plus If you’re an experienced optician who enjoys working with patients and wants to be part of a busy Manhattan eye-care practice, we’d love to hear from you.
