Independent Postpartum Doula Flexible Schedule & Autonomy

Matron of Familyhood connects families with independent postpartum professionals in the Austin area. Doulas work directly with families, operating as independent contractors with control over schedules, scope of services, and terms of engagement. Compensation is negotiated directly between the doula and family, with a typical market range of $35–$60+ per hour. We facilitate introductions and screening but do not employ the doulas.
