Regional Security Leader — APAC & MENA

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to oversee our security operations across MENA and APAC. You will drive a regionally aligned security function, partner with local leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams, and provide a locally informed safety resource for employees. You will build and own the regional security strategy, enhance incident response, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the footprint across two dynamic regions.
