We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join a busy local appliance company in Lincoln, NE. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable on the phone, and can stay organized while handling multiple tasks throughout the day.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions
- Schedule service appointments and help coordinate technician schedules
- Provide customers with updates regarding service calls, repairs, and appointments
- Enter and update customer information in the computer system
- Assist with basic paperwork, data entry, and office duties
- Communicate professionally with customers, service technicians, and other team members
- Help resolve customer concerns and make sure customers receive timely follow-upMaintain accurate and organized records
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or office experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
