Sow Farm Manager

Responsibilities: Lead, train, and manage farm employees Oversee daily operation of the 1,500-head sow barn Monitor sow health, reproduction, and performance Track production records and meet performance goals Maintain biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards

Qualifications: Previous swine or livestock experience preferred Strong communication skills and bilingual Reliable, hardworking, and willing to be hands-on Ability to lead a team and achieve production goals$55,000-$75,000 Salary +
