A growing logistics and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation operations on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse, transportation, and cross-dock operations Coordinate staffing, workflow, routing, deliveries, and pickups Oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving activities Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting safety and productivity Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies
Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution Bilingual English/Spanish required Knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet operations, and routing Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
