The position is open to full time and part time candidates as well on a contracting basis. Your Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients (adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric populations depending on specialty).Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure coordinated care. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR system. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development. Stay current with psychiatric research, pharmacological advancements, and state regulations.
Requirements
Education: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school. Licensure: Current and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (residency may count). Prior outpatient or private practice experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based model.
