Cocktail Server

Responsibilities: Greet guests, communicate with drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guests Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service Prepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned QualificationsMust be at least [XX] years of age Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names Basic math skills Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 pounds Visual acuity and hearing are sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
