To qualify as a STAJets pilot candidate, you must have the following:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
CL-604 PIC Type Rating
Must reside in Southern California
PIC Minimums:
4,000 hours total pilot time
2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC
3,000 hours multi-engine total
250 hours PIC in type
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$185K–$225K Schedule: 10 on 10 off
401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salary
Medical, dental, and vision — 100% company paid
Loss of Medical insurance (disability pays 65% of annual income for up to 5 years)
Two weeks of vacation per year
