Head of Legal Operations & Transformation

Dow Jones & Co. in New York is seeking a senior leader to build and run the Legal Operations function. You will report to the General Counsel, establish the function, set a multi-year strategy, and lead a small team. You will manage the legal budget, optimize outside counsel spend, and drive technology adoption across CLM, ELM, and AI-enabled solutions with a focus on global scaling and process improvement.
