Senior VP, Corporate Counsel — Hyperscale Data Centers

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a senior-level VP, Corporate Counsel to guide data center leasing transactions with hyperscalers. You will draft, negotiate and structure complex agreements while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to align legal positions with business strategy. You’ll sit at the center of strategic customer relationships, building scalable processes and overseeing outside counsel to accelerate execution in a fast-paced environment.
