Director, Dispatchable Power Project Development

Henderson James LLC seeks a Director to lead greenfield development of dispatchable generation in Greater Boston. You will own projects from site selection through permitting, commercial agreements and financial close, handing over shovel-ready projects to construction. Day to day, you will negotiate development and offtake agreements, run permitting, build local community support, manage title work, and direct external consultants alongside internal teams.
