Senior Transmission Planner: Grid Interconnection Lead

RDQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transmission Planner to lead transmission planning, grid interconnection, and power system studies for utilities, developers, and customers with generation, BESS, and large-load projects. You will develop models, perform power flow and contingency analyses, and apply NERC planning criteria while mentoring junior engineers and delivering detailed technical reports to clients.
