Seasonal Package Handler

Overview: We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Package Handlers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you’ll sort and process mail and packages, check labels for accuracy, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities: Sort mail and packages accurately and efficiently. Scan labels and verify that labels and ZIP codes match. Load packages onto conveyors and operate sorting equipment. Meet daily processing goals while maintaining quality. Keep your workstation clean and organized. Assist in different operational areas as needed.

Qualifications: Ability to follow verbal instructions. Basic counting, addition, and subtraction skills. Ability to sort alphabetically and numerically. Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a steady pace in a busy warehouse. High school diploma, equivalent training, or related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items may require assistance. Reach, squat, bend, and kneel throughout much of the shift. Climb stairs or a step ladder and move mail using a pallet jack. Work around changing temperatures, moderate noise, dust, and dirt.
