Lobby Concierge & Security Ambassador

Customized Guard Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome tenants, guests, and visitors in a commercial high-rise. You will provide directions, information, and assistance while maintaining security and safety protocols. In this role you will monitor access, verify identifications, and issue visitor passes, coordinating with security and building management. You will keep the lobby clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
