Key Responsibilities: Represent buyers and sellers in $1M+ transactions across Arlington and Northern Virginia. Deliver a white-glove client experience from first consultation through closing and beyond. Convert team-provided leads and build your own sphere and referral network. Host open houses and represent our listings with professionalism and market expertise. Master the luxury market, including neighborhoods, new construction, pricing, and trends. Set and hit monthly goals with support from team leadership.

What We're Looking For: Active Virginia real estate license.1+ year of experience and at least $5M in lifetime sales, with a strong desire to grow in luxury. Polished, confident communicator who builds trust quickly with high-net-worth clients. Highly detail-oriented, because in luxury, the details are the difference. Goal-driven and coachable, with a quick-learner mindset. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Lives in the DC Metro area, with Northern Virginia market knowledge a plus.
