Bilingual Benefits & Wellness Coordinator

Utz is seeking a Health & Benefits Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our employee health and welfare programs. In this position you'll help ensure associates receive an exceptional benefits experience by administering health and wellness programs, supporting enrollments, and answering questions. This role works closely with associates, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, Payroll, and Human Resources to ensure accurate plan administration and regulatory compliance.
