CMM Programmer

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: $60,000-75,000

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Develop, run, and modify programs to layout parts, components, and fixtures using Metrologic software. Generate accurate reports based on layout data to meet customer the metrology lab with training, customer interface, and fixture design reviews. Execute blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation to ensure measurement accuracy. Troubleshoot existing programs and reports to improve quality and efficiency. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of experience programming quality CMM equipment. Proficiency with PCDmis or Metrologic software preferred. Experience with sheet metal and plastic automotive parts programming is a plus. Strong understanding of GD&T, statistics, and measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
