Database Coordinator, Fluxx at Claims Conference

Note: this is a hybrid position with a minimum of two days in the office.

Responsibilities: Act as business administrator of Fluxx, coordinating the Department's requirements for upgrades and changes Support Allocations staff with use of Fluxx Act as Tier 1 Support for external user tickets submitted via email or helpdesk system Coordinate with IT system admin on creating new and updating existing letters, emails, dashboards and ad-hoc reports Analyze enhancement requests and determine priority Create and update user manuals and webinars for Fluxx Provide training to new staff and advanced training for existing staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least one year of professional experience supporting technologies Proficient in Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, de-duplicating) Stellar organizational skills with an eye to detail Ability to communicate effectively to users with varying levels of technical knowledge Salary: $55,000-$60,000 (target range for the New York City market)
