As a vital part of our construction crew, you will assist with various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers in performing construction tasks such as carpentry, masonry, and painting. Load and unload building materials and tools at job sites. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials. Measure and cut materials accurately as directed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment. Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support the construction team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Knowledge of safety regulations is an advantage.
