Compassus is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for its Providence at Home with Compassus team in Portland-East, OR. The role is full-time, weekdays, day shift, in home health settings. You will plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy plans of care across age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain patient well-being. The position requires a BS in Physical Therapy, current state license, CPR, TB and Hepatitis clearances, and a valid driver’s license.
