Director of Community-Based Teen Centers & Partnerships

Elevate Youth Services seeks a Director of Community-Based Youth Centers to lead the Barre and Montpelier teen and young adult centers. You will ensure safe, welcoming, youth-centered environments aligned with Elevate's mission, while guiding site directors and maintaining financial accountability. Responsibilities include supervising center leaders, managing budgets and grants, and fostering community partnerships. Occasional evenings/weekends and travel between sites are required.
