Caregiver Brentwood/Franklin TN Starting IMMEDIATELY!

Responsibilities: Daily Care and Support:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility, such as walking, transferring, and repositioning, following care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in residents’ health, behavior, or appearance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Household and Meal Assistance:
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel immediately.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines when handling resident information.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Previous experience in medication assistance is preferred. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
