Clinic would be from 8am-5pm each day (lunch hour in there). Provider is on leave so we will need coverage for 3-6 months. This will be clinic only coverage, no call. 60 minutes for new appointments approx. 30 minutes for follow up appointments approx. Scope of work includes: • Cancer and high risk for cancer focused • Pre and post test genetic counseling • Tumor based genetic screening programs • High risk patient management • Support for prevention and precision oncology initiatives Patient population is adults only. No procedures There will be no other Genetic Counselors covering at this time.
