Global People Operations Leader

Legora is seeking an experienced Head of People Operations to own the full employee lifecycle and scale our HR systems across markets. You will lead a distributed team across Stockholm and New York, drive data integrity in the HRIS, and partner with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to keep operations compliant and efficient. Fluency in English and a track record building in-market HR capability at scale are essential as we expand into new geographies and continue to raise the bar for operational
