TRIRIGA IWMS Engineer

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-Site)

Job Description: Configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with primary responsibility for the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities. Implement and maintain reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, shared resources, availability rules, booking policies, and user notifications. Integrate the workplace reservation system with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Active Directory to enable secure authentication, identity synchronization, and calendar-based booking. Configure and administer single sign-on, role-based access, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, resource calendars, permissions, and booking policies. Develop, enhance, and maintain TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards to provide accurate reservation, occupancy, utilization, and system-performance information. Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis while maintaining data integrity and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve TRIRIGA, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, reporting, and reservation issues across the integrated environment. Support testing, release validation, production deployments, system monitoring, incident resolution, technical documentation, and coordination with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
