Job requirements are as follows: Completing projects on time, within budget, and most importantly, satisfying our customers. Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom. Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out. Degree from a 4-year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes. Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications. Experience in construction specialties is highly desired.
