Impactful Municipal Land Use Attorney

City of Denton seeks a qualified Land Use Attorney in the City Attorney’s Office to handle municipal, land use, planning, environmental and engineering matters. The attorney will provide legal services to Development Services, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Responsibilities include advising City Council and staff, reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and presenting findings and recommendations on policy matters affecting the City.
