POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst to support cybersecurity incident detection, investigation, triage, and remediation in collaboration with internal security teams and SOC providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem, including sensor management, policy configuration, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and threat containment. This role involves analysing security events, maintaining incident documentation, supporting SOAR automation, and coordinating remediation activities to protect enterprise systems, data, and intellectual property.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support cybersecurity incident response activities in collaboration with internal security teams and SOC providers. Monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, and identify potential threats across enterprise devices and networks. Manage security incident ticket queues, including triage, prioritization, assignment, escalation, and resolution. Utilize the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem for threat detection, sensor management, policy configuration, and endpoint protection. Perform front-line incident response, including host isolation, blocking indicators of compromise (IOCs), and supporting containment and remediation activities.
